M3 is pure sculpture. It eschews the typical built form. It stands on its own. A monument at 81 soaring storeys. Some will call it art. Others will call it home. Everyone will be captivated by its evocative form.

M3 is iconic in the truest sense of the word. 81-storeys of clear glazing wrapped in sawtooth balconies, punctuated by white and black banding in a zig-zag configuration that draws the eye upwards to the sky.

Condo Community

M City Condos are slated to launch tower 3 of 80 Storeys. The third tower launch will include approximately 900 units with the total count expected to be around 6500 units. With a wide range in prices, from mid $300,000 to over $700,000, the M City Mississauga project will have a selection for all sorts of resident requirements. The entire condominium development will cost approximately $1.5 billion and will be a multi-year, multi-phase project.

M City Condo 3

M City will serve as a landmark of the 15-acre community, which is being developed by Toronto-based Urban Capital Property Group. CORE Architects’ design, chosen through a design competition, is recognized by the unique geometry of its facade, which results from the twisting of seven floor plates that skew as the building rises, stacking in a repetitive pattern which gives the impressions of “fluid movement and lightness of mass.”
